TUSAL, a win and a winner

Today is TUSAL.

With all the big finishes I have had lately my poor frog is ready to burst. His poor arms are wrapped around his belly trying to hold in the overflow and he was shaking so much that all I got was this blurry photo. Guess I better empty the poor fellow and give him a fresh start.

I won a giveaway from The Thread Gatherer and Mathair Earth  (can be found on facebook). The soaps smelled absolutely wonderful before I even opened the package. And look at these threads, ribbons, beads and wools - silk, linen, flax and sea grass - what wonderful fibers and colors. And even a couple of wonderful new cross stitch patterns to add to my stash!!

I don't have much stitching wise to show you. I did finish an ornament but it is for an exchange and so no photo.

I have done a small amount of stitching on my UFO RR. This is the wonderful piece that Cat has sent around to have us all work on.

This is what it looked like when I received it.
And here it is after the first 2 hours of work.
I will post again before it goes in the mail and hopefully it will look like more than a red blob.

And the winner of my "I feel good giveaway" is -  EDGAR - I think I have your mailing information.

And because I'm really feeling good I drew a second name - ARIADNE - please email me at drewsgrands@hotmail.com with your mailing information and a little surprise package will be off to you.

Until next time - keep those x's crossed and the frogs stuffed.

I have that angel as a UFO too. And I think I have the same amount done as what you show. I may have to dig her out and work on her.

Congratulations upon winning so many wonderful stitching goodies, and congratulations to your winners too. It looks like you have had your needle flying, from the look of all your ORTS:)

Enjoy your latest stitching project!

Maybe if you tie up the frog with all those orts then he and his friends won't bother with your stitching anymore! Not likely, eh?
You got some great goodies in your giveaway win. I love those charts.
Congrats to the winners of yours.

I've just browsed the last posts on your blog as I was away from blog reading for a while. You've got some beautiful finishes lately. These fairies are just stunning, I do love the piece. Congratulations!
